Oil and Water The terrific Newfoundland company Artistic Fraud returns with a new production by playwright Robert Chafe and Siminovitch winner Jillian Keiley. After surviving a shipwreck, African­-American sailor Lanier Phillips is welcomed by the town of St. Lawrence in this based­-on­-a­-true­-story tale of race and redemption.
