Oil and Water The terrific Newfoundland company Artistic Fraud returns with a new production by playwright Robert Chafe and Siminovitch winner Jillian Keiley. After surviving a shipwreck, African-American sailor Lanier Phillips is welcomed by the town of St. Lawrence in this based-on-a-true-story tale of race and redemption.
