SPOTTED: Rob Ford secretly meeting alleged drug dealer Alexander Lisi

A large portion of a police document about the investigation of Rob Ford’s friend and alleged drug dealer Sandro Lisi has now been released to reporters, who are furiously scanning hundreds of pages for dirt on the mayor. One of the early revelations: police witnessed nearly 100 secret meetings between Ford and Lisi—including the one depicted in these appropriately grainy, nighttime photos. More to come.
