Like all self-respecting reporters, members of the Toronto media generally consider Rob Fords health off-limits—unless it’s his kidneys, his weight or, now, his back. The Toronto Star reports that Ford was absent for part of Tuesday’s council meeting after–get this–pulling his back lobbing candy during Sunday’s Easter parade.
