The Globe and Mail recently published an inside look at Rob Ford’s communication approach based on memos obtained through freedom-of-information requests. Now, the paper has released several of the emails themselves, which provide talking points on hot-button topics such as the Jarvis Bike lanes, Gary Webster’s firing and Ford’s refusal to bow to Toronto Public Health’s request to hire two full-time nurses (the memo helpfully points out there’s no such thing as “free money”).
