Rob Ford to Toronto Sun columnist Joe Warmington on Tuesday night. The move is believed to be related to Project Brazen 2, an ongoing probe into the mayor’s activities. —Rob Ford on Wednesday, after being asked by reporters whether he’d actually give up his phone voluntarily. And nobody was surprised.
