Given the recent uproar over Toronto transit, with council’s right arguing vehemently against any proposal that didn’t involve privileging subways above all else, imagine our surprise upon reading a June 2009 letter from Giorgio Mammoliti that championed light rail for Finch Avenue (according to Mammoliti, LRT would “provide several improvements for Emery Village”).
