Mandarin hasn’t even held its latest Canadian-citizens-only Canada Day extravaganza yet, and city councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong is already feeling a little dyspeptic. His bellyaching has to do with city council voting earlier this month, over his objections, to offer increased protections to undocumented immigrants. He’ll probably tell you all about it in the long line outside the Mandarin near his ward on July 1.
