Remember when we told you about the Firefox add-on that blocks photos of Justin Bieber as well as the appearance of his name? Well, the developer, Greg Leuch, has learned just how devoted (we hesitate to use the word “crazy”) Bieber Boppers are. The Star reports that since launching Shaved Bieber last month, Leuch has been receiving nasty e-mails from the Biebs’s fans, including one who threatened to run away from home if her mom installed the app. Two other beauties:

“What you’re doing is going back to World War II all over again. Hitler wanting to erase Jews from society—you want to erase Justin Drew Bieber.” And “I know many things about you and i know where you live. Just be aware. I might just appear behind you and shoot you with a gun.”

Poor Leuch. He only made Shaved Bieber to “have a good laugh.” Now he knows there’s nothing funny about Justin Bieber. Except this. And this. Oh, this too.
