After months of rumours, Michael Ford, the son of Rob Ford’s sister Kathy, has officially added his name to the ballot in Ward 2. If he wins in October’s municipal election, he’ll inherit the city council seat currently occupied by Doug Ford, his uncle. Young Mikey is only 20 years old, and at last check was splitting his time between the family label company, his uncle’s mayoral campaign and Humber College, where he attended business school.
Lord, have mercy. Can we afford any more Fords on the public teat?

Maybe the people of Ward 2 can overlook some of his weaknesses.
His mother is a recovering? drug addict… at least he doesn’t go into the basement to meet mum’s guests… or does he?
He has helped out his famous uncle by picking up his car and driving it back to Etobicoke when uncle Rob had too much to drink. (see city security footage)
Rob and Doug didn’t need an education… and he has possibly more credits completed than either of the two.

Lets face it, if he gets elected, its because his last name is Ford…. and his uncles will do anything to help him get his foot in the door.

At 20 years old? What possible experience can he bring to the job? Other than family ties? Etobicoke voters must be really stupid.
I search on google: Toronto election, to get away from Ford clownoid buffoonery but the media/google seem determined to throw it back with interest.
I fail to see what a 20 year old can bring to City Council. He must have very little knowledge of city wide issues or the history of this city. As for the Fords, talk about keeping it in the family, I guess the Uncles are really working hard at keeping the nephew in nepotism.
Especially with his relatives lending help with his homework… shudder.
Well, this will truly be a test for Ward 2 voters. Are they really as dumb as they’re accused of being, given their so far undying support of Ford and his family of bottom feeding knuckle-draggers, or do they actually do more than read the last name on the ballot.
Now that Mikey is officially seeking public office, where might the public be able to find his resume? I’m curious… exactly what are his particular skills, experiences in politics, business or life for that matter that make him ready to take this office? Where is his bio posted???? Come on Journalists… let’s get the story … at 20 he’s been out of High School 3 years… I guess he’s ready… so what’s has he been up to???
They claim that he is the account exec at Deco Labels = quite hilarious. His Linkedin profile states he is a student at College expected to graduate in 2017

Rumors have it that Mickey is going to have his mother do community work in his office, such as going for coffee, sweeping the floor, taking out the trash……this has been cleared with Uncle Doug and Uncle Rob who will write her a letter (on city hall letter head) to let the judge know Kathy is a pillar in the community and could be hired at city hall in the near future………
