Whether chef Matty Matheson is flipping burgers at Parkdale’s Parts and Labour or gutting a bull moose for Vice’s Keeping it Canada, he captures the moment for posterity. His Instagram account—74,000 followers strong and growing—is punctuated with the variously tattooed Matheson in states of undress, his signature glazed-over stare and a surprising number of selfies with celebrities.
