SPOTTED: Sarah Polley eating for two at O&B Canteen on King West

Yesterday we caught wind that Sarah Polley is three-and-a-half months pregnant, which means the soon-to-be mom is soon-to-be showing as well. Polley was seen moments ago eating for two at O&B Canteen, because there’s still time to relax before the September 10 premiere of her second directorial effort, Take This Waltz (and, well, the birth of her child). Or try to relax, anyway, which is hard to do in a crowded restaurant with TMZ reporters outside.
