The results are in, and yesterday’s massive snowfall set a new single-day record, according to measurements recorded around the city.

At Pearson International Airport, CP24’s meteorologist, Bill Coulter, reported that Toronto received 46 centimetres during Sunday’s storm. The previous single-day record there was 36.8 centimetres, back in 1966. According to Environment Canada, 56 centimetres of snow fell at Billy Bishop.

If you were bold enough to venture outside, you’ve seen for yourself what that much snow looks like. And if you weren’t, we’ve assembled a variety of other people’s videos to show you.
