TTC to add exciting new ways to berate management

The TTC announced a series of measures on Thursday aimed at improving customer service and the overall “rider experience.” These include town hall meetings that would allow riders to speak directly with TTC brass and something called a “customer liaison panel.” (The commission will also expand the late-night program that allows women to request drop-offs in between stops to all riders.) Of course, this news comes amid the ongoing saga surrounding TTC budget cuts, which are set to usher in a new era of overcrowded buses and increased wait times.
