A backpack that’s actually stylish
A backpack that’s actually stylish
The Future of Frances Watson, one of our favourite new Parkdale shops, has just brought in a shipment of these beautiful calfskin backpacks. Known for its modern takes on vintage looks, U.K. designer Grafea makes bags that feature outstanding construction and high-quality leather. Available in a range of colours, these backpacks work equally well as a gift for your stylish little one or, in the smaller version, as a throwback to those mini-pack purses that were ubiquitous in the ’90s. $198–$245.

I still find this backpack quite atrocious!
It’s exquisite
Absolutely gorgeous..
I’m really trying to like it, but I don’t….
It’s ugly and schizophrenic. While it is trying to be functional, it will be dirty in a week and is probably heavy even when it’s empty.
I have been looking for a nice leather backpack since last spring. Exactly like this…but maybe black.
No, I don’t think so…
One of our favourite new Parkdale shops? Really
So I make the trip to TFOFW and discover one of those annoying little stores that has an inventory of five items, with maybe five of each item.
A few bags, a few shirts, a few bags; ok, maybe 10 pairs of jeans and 10 t-shirts.
So not worth the trip, no matter what you think of the bag.
I actually really need a backpack, and a very nice one.
Any ideas?
good luck when mixed with raw denim!
I have been looking for a white leather backpack like that.
I could only find plastic ones up to now.
This store is actually awesome! Caro is clueless! They not only have awesome leather backpacks and satchel bags they have Herschel bags too! They are ( i think) like 5 months old so they aren’t super stocked, but what the have is perfect. The girls got me excited for spring when they told me they are getting the full Dunderdon line. Anyway, I bought that bag in a caramel colour as a christmas present. It’s beautiful.
I think Caro was maybe looking for H&M.
Quality selections, classy lines, tasteful assemblage, and great owners. The Future of Frances Watson in just getting on its feet and doing it in style. Thanks for not overcrowding.
