A three-bedroom bungalow with a basement and a backyard, located on a tree-lined street within walking distance of Yonge and Sheppard.
The bungalow was built in 1949. When its present owner—a woman in her 50s—bought the place in 2011, it had already been renovated: the kitchen had been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, there was new hardwood flooring and the basement had been finished. The owner has just downsized to a condo in the area, and is looking for her first tenant.
