Nice but it’s not worth it. Nothing about the kitchen, bathroom, doors, fixtures scream upgrade (with the exception of the double oven). It just looks like any standard unit but bigger and on a high floor.
I think this is excellent value compare with similar condos in London, England for $250 million!!!!!!!

Wow, Love the open design, high ceilings, and the views are incredible…looks like the suite has a lot of design possibilities. Some splash of colour would definitely help, but imagine the kind of parties you could throw there!

Oh June… Stay in Scarborough if you cant appreciate beauty. Notice the place appears empty, hence whoever buys its, spend about $5000 on nicely painting the place and some wicked artwork, try & get the dining table set ( it looks like a Starck design) and you will have a great pad high up in the sky overlooking June’s suburbia bungalow! LOL

On the place though, it baffles me that at 1.9M and in a prime location they can’t stage the place for TIFF. And if it is supposed to be the HOFFMAN model, some visual cues might be nice to play on that idea (i.e. some Alfa Romeo Spider collectables, from ‘The Graduate’, A Chair in red sequins as an ode to ‘Tootsie’) Just throwing it out there, but it seems your realtors are brain-dead…

Uh, this looks exactly like my crappy waterfront condo I couldn’t wait to escape from, just 3x the size (for 6x the price). Those heater units in the posts are terrible, the windows don’t really keep the place at a proper temperature, the kitchen is incredibly average… I could go on. See how much house you can get for that money and ask why on earth you’d trade that to pay condo fees, park in a shared lot, live with fire alarms, have no garden or greenery, have garbage chutes and elevators, share walls with people…. So you can say you live in… King West??! Don’t get it.
