$4,450,000 is the problem. With that money I rather take it to Montecito to buy a nice smaller home on the mountain overlooking the ocean or a home of the cliffs of Santa Barbara with the ocean in my backyard.
I find $4.5M to be way too high a price for what appears to be a narrow house without a yard. I also find the staging with what appears to be 2 Chairman Mao statues to be a bit odd …
the space feels eerily barren. perhaps with a $1million design budget it could be transformed.
