At 8.8 this place is a steal compared to the montrosities you see in the Bridle Path that are almost double.
Love it. Would pay the full asking price but need it furnished as is – nothing to be removed. Would certainly add a few more bedrooms and scrap the bathrooms. Majestic entrance indeed. The master ensuite is to die for. Great job TL – for a change! LOL
