How often do you walk to a hospital?
@ keith
When I get shot in the stomach, I can slowly drag myself to the hospital, leaving a trail of blood on the streets and walls. When I’m standing in the doorway to the ER, a patient will see me and scream and then and only then will I collapse to the floor.
gorgeous I love it
Now this is a home I would buy in heartbeat and move right in!! C’mon Lotto Max!!
Traditional, great light, character and detail, strikes a balance between comfort and style! FANTASTIC!! Job well done!!
A very nice house but about $1.5 million to much.
If I could afford t0 buy this house, I’d also likely have at least 3 cars, so there’s not enough covered parking. Anyone who’s ever driven up Bayview around that neighbourhood would also know the house is sort of in the middle of nowhere.
Not bad, but too close to the neighbours. For that kind of money, I want space.
Hideous “new money” urban McMansion.
Stunning!!!! Every detail!!!
The house is really worth a little more than a 1.5 million, you are pretty much paying to live on the 45×120 ft lot. If it is a 50 ft wide lot the garage would be at ground level.
The area is not my cup of tea and I don’t think it’s worth 4.3M (maybe if they threw in all the decor & furniture). That being said, the home is one of the loveliest featured on house of the week. The decor on the main level is a beautiful blend of contemporary, exotic and traditional elements; clean lines yet very warm and inviting. The only areas I feel fell a little short are the basement rec room and fourth bedroom. A truely lovely home.
stunning.. I love it… seems like the person commenting has changed, makes more sense for a classy house…
This home would have been better shown empty. Its a beautiful property but the decorating is more hit than miss.
Anyone else notice that all high end properties have the same kitchen…
Insane…..like every other house in Toronto, about 3x more than its worth. Since when did Canadians get suckered into the “oh ya, I can throw away waaay more money than you can”! -game. Sad. No wonder we suck at pretty much everything else.
I love love love the hardwood floors. Beautiful home!
6,578 square feet? I don’t buy it. Looks tiny. I’ve seen houses with half the square footage look bigger than this thing. Somebody is fudging the numbers. I also don’t understand why if someone who could afford a 4.3 million dollar home would waste it on a place like this? For a “Toronto” address it is in the middle of no where. You might as well go another 20 minutes out and get yourself a few acres, a bigger house and no neighbours.
If you work there, I’d say at least 5-days a week.
