Stunning, wow…. I guess it should be for $3 million and being quite a journey from Toronto.
Super legit.. They usually have the clause in closing docs that says “previous owner has right to take everything NOT bolted to the home.” I would be sure they didn’t have that clause on this one~ Either that or I would try to attend the estate sale ;)
