Crisp and cosy. Shame that one will not be able to properly cook in that kitchen with that inadequate microwave exhaust fan. For the inevitable “hack conversion” comment, remember that the church was used as a gym prior to the re-purposing. I thought it was cute and the kitchen looks better than most condo apartments in the City. Square footage price appears to be of good value. Very few condos are built this size now. Unique look and great re-purposing project!
