Actually a steal! Love the minimalistic approach to decorating but it sorta looks staged. The long hallways is wasted space but still big enough space. The kitchen sink under the cupboard is wrong and that wood paneling in the kitchen is way off, then into the bathroom ? no no! Otherwise for the price, size & mtn fee… not bad at all…

Whoever is in charge of the publicity for this place is doing a great job… It received a massive writeup on urbantoronto. . .

Also, a chair being a dealbreaker? LOL how about 1mil and only two bedrooms… Those washrooms don’t look like million dollar washrooms…

This place needs a major reno, the kitchen just sucks, bland bland bland and the bathrooms look unfinished. It’s like they ran out of that cheap tile and said f it.
The space is BIG and it’s a good thing the furniture doesn’t come with.

There’s a vast difference between an homage, and a cheap knockoff. I’ve always been a fan of Mies, but this building is hideous.

Pretty sure the ‘rooftop’ pool and garden are located on the roof of the podium – not the tower. Fail.

Not worth $1M even at that location. They should have painted before listing–the kaki walls are a major turn-off and some of the finishes (kitchen) are not appealing at all. I like minimalist but this is boring and looks dated. The lobby is pretty nice.
