  4. nice enough looking unit but I get this weird feeling of entering a car wash when I come in the front entry.
    Not sure why they call it a cathedral ceiling when its only a church.

  5. What kind of church was it ? LOL.. I actually love it, will take a drive by tomorrow. But the master bedroom could be 2 bedrooms, way too much space and that 2nd bedroom off the kitchen is weird.. I love it otherwise..BUT that maint fee is a killer! madness! Wonder if they have valet parking, concierge, pool and with that shared entrance, how on earth can it be that high?!!

  6. Anyone recognize the large abstract canvas piece in the main space? Would love to know the artist/where it’s from.

  7. Most of it is unremarkable–bland and boring! (the kitchen is really unimaginative and looks cheap). I think they could have done much much better with that space…

  8. Maintenance fees should be regulated. I have a friend who lives in one of the best condos in Yorkville and pays less than that in maintenance fees, has 24 hour concierge and security, valet, a two-story fitness room that would blow you away, pool, private guest suites, terraces, recreation rooms, guest parking, etc.

  9. What a wonderfully unique suite! Love the terrace and the views. Where else can you find a 2-storey great room like that at the heart of Yonge/St Clair?
