The Good – location, the exposed stone interior and those magnificent windows!
The Bad – not taking advantage of the exposed stone…where’s the wainscoting, crown molding and crystal chandelier?

Deal Breaker: the structural problems. There’s been tarps on that building for months.
I have to say that’s brutal interior design work that doesn’t complement the building’s “bones” at all. Pass on this. Definitely overpriced.

The doors are horrible. The bathroom door looks like the most annoying thing ever!
I was at the open house for this unit a couple weeks ago, and the pictures do not do it justice. The place is stunning. My issue with it was that if you’re going to cough up close to a million bucks, the place should at least have room for full-size front-loader laundry machines.
Maybe one day ;)
