Winterlicious 2013 Last Call: the scoop on the hot restaurants that still have tables available
Winterlicious ends on Thursday, but not before the dramatic final push, during which diners inundate their favourite ’licious restaurants with calls in the hopes of squeezing themselves into a cancellation. We called the 10 most-clicked on restaurants from our 61 Best Bets to find your best shot at scoring a table.
1. Splendido

Splendido booked all its Winterlicious tables in four days flat. Still, co-owner Victor Barry says about 5 per cent of ’licious bookings cancel or simply don’t show up—so there’s still a chance.
2. Canoe

Lunch is fully booked, but Canoe just opened up a few two-person tables for dinner tonight and tomorrow.
3. Luma

The private room has been commandeered for ’licious purposes at Luma, meaning availability is pretty good for lunch and dinner. That said, larger groups are likely to be slotted in at the very beginning or very end of service, and peak hour tables for all party sizes are mostly gone.
4. Aria

Dinner tonight at Aria is booked pretty solid until 7—when the Leafs game starts across the street. Availability is good for the rest of Winterlicious at lunch and dinner, although Thursday is starting to fill up.
5. Grace
