Hoping to take your sweetheart to Splendido, Scarpetta or Auberge du Pommier for Valentine’s Day? Well sorry, it’s too late. However, we did find some restaurants that have both romantic prix-fixe menus and a few tables left for procrastinators. It helps if said sweetheart doesn’t mind eating a bit early or late. And if all else fails, there’s always Pizza Pizza, which will be serving up heart-shaped pizzas until next week (because nothing says “I love you” like gooey cheese, delivery boys and cardboard boxes).

Estiatorio Volos
The haute Greek restaurant has a six-course menu for $150 per couple, or $195 with suggesting pairings. There are still spots at the 6:15 and 8:30 p.m. seatings.

George
There are still a few tables left at 5:30 or 8:45 p.m. in George’s cozy dining room. The five-course tasting menu is a splurge at $150 per person and includes champagne on arrival.

Biff’s
The prix fixe menu at this Oliver and Bonacini bistro includes a choice of an appetizer, main and dessert for $50 per person, or $78 with pairings. A few early and late tables are still available.

Sorrel
A four-course dinner costs $55 per person at this chic Yorkville spot. Reservations are still being accepted for before 5:30 p.m. or after 9:30 p.m.

Crush Wine Bar
The popular King West wine bar (whose chef de cuisine will be on Top Chef Canada this season) still has a table or two at 9 p.m., and is offering a special menu that includes four courses plus dessert for $95 per person ($150 with suggested wine pairings). The regular menu will also be available.

Luma
The $60 prix fixe is all about romantic classics: fresh oysters, beef tenderloin and chocolate fondue for two, for $60 per person.  Tables still available at 5 and 9 p.m.

Lee Restaurant
Susur Lee is serving up a host of Asian-inspired dishes for two, including Cantonese marinated strip loin, an oyster shooter with marinated salmon caviar and spicy tuna tartare. Choose four courses for $75 per person. Some early and late tables available.

Cheesewerks
For $50 per couple, you’ll get a Swiss-style fondue with an assortment of artisan breads, crudités, cornichons and fruits, as well as a dessert of dark chocolate berry trifle. There is plenty of space for the 9:30 seating.

Biagio
The four-course special menu includes a salad, heart-shaped lobster ravioli, beef tenderloin and a raspberry desert for $75 per person. Reservations still available throughout the night.

Epic
The restaurant at the Fairmont Royal York is offering a special menu of four courses for $85, but the usual a la carte menu will also be available. A few late-night tables left.
