The Place: A 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar, hookah lounge and Hamptons-style deck party with white clapboard walls, manicured hedges and preppy booths in nautical blue, white and red.

The Drinks: Summery cocktails, like mojitos and sangria, served by the glass and pitcher.

The Food: Pub food, including a cheeseburger with house-made maple bacon on brioche, a spicy sausage roll topped with tempura and a jalapeño-spiked Caesar salad. The food is prepped down the street at Bloke and 4th and then barbecued up on the roof.

The Numbers:
• 103 light bulbs set into a hedge wall behind the bar
• 92 red accent pillows strewn across the various booths and banquettes
• 60 different selections on the bottle service menu (the most expensive is a $6000 bottle of Hennessy Paradis Imperial cognac)
• 7 different flavours of hookah tobacco ($50 each)
