This sunny assessment of Toronto’s economic health came amid questions about a new city staff report that describes a sudden worsening of the city’s unemployment rate, from 7.1 per cent in August to 10.1 per cent in December. In September, Ford held a news conference where he claimed credit for reducing unemployment. Maybe this latest turn of events will help bring him around to the point of view that no single politician can have such a strong influence on the economy. Or maybe he and every other mayoral candidate will spend the next nine months until the election finding other exaggerated fiscal claims to make. Yeah, probably that one.

The Mayor of Toronto (the bufoon, part of the Tweedle Dee
and Tweedle Dum duo) who couldn’t get his facts correct even if a factchecker
read them for him has no cintrol over Toronto’s unemployment rate. The creation
of jobs (or loss of jobs) rests solely with Federal and Provincial governments.
Facts? Facts? We don’t need to read any f***king facts!
I think what baffles me more than the idiot comments Ford makes is that people still believe that he is a strong Mayor for the city of Toronto and that he is doing more good than harm.
If there’s anything WRONG to say he’ll say it, if there’s a wrong way to respond he’ll find it. So why is there surprise?
Outsourced all jobs to countries who work for nothing, what jobs?’ minimum wage is not enough to buy food never mind rent, over 4000 homeless freezing Torontonians, rent is not affordable, beggars on every corner and off ramp, and who cares?’ no one, everyone thinks they’re Gordon Gekko from Wall Street, it’s not a life at all. nothing but greed and put downs the great city of Toronto, don’t make me laugh.
