It looks lovely from the outside, but the interior is absolutely hideous. The rugs, the furniture…ugh!
3 million?! Really? For such a beautiful house in a prime neighborhood, I was shocked and disappointed to see just how desperately this home needs to be professionally redecorated. Next time you’re picking a house of the week, pick something that has more than just good bones in a prime location; find something that’s actually worth showing off.
The good thing about purchasing this is that the furnishings are not included. Thank god !
I noticed there is no swimming pool and the heating system is till the old radiators (notice rad at front dorr entrance)and not forced air gas. What do they have for air conditioning, window units or penguinos?
Seems like a beautiful neighbourhood and I’m sure it is but $3m seems a high asking price.

Did not see a garage which is a large factor in buying property with most people. The neighbour seems to be right up against you. Love the kitchen but the house seems dark inside.
Awful looking home, the place looks like a complete re-do. For a family that has money, I guess they were not able to buy any taste.
Agree heartily with the comments on the interior design. It’s such a mish-mash it makes me wonder if anyone lived there recently. The kitchen definitely needs a re-do. The bathroom is old-fashioned-looking – and not in a charming way. But the gardens look nice.
Gloria, there is a single car garage, located on the right. A very small single car garage with a narrow driveway. Besides the garden, the rest of the house is underwhelming.
I love the Caption writer’s comments as usual! Keep up the great work you sassy chick!
Someone will snap this up at $3M, gut it, give it the full monty and flip it for at least double the price.
It is the most beautiful house and anything can be changed. Lovely.
What a beautiful house, I live nearby and this house is situated in a private park like setting. I have always admired it. Its peaceful.
The inside is fine. It can be changed too more modern standards, but the outside is what caught my attention.
And, they have such stunning gardens as well.
Thanks for sharing… I hope you do well.
Always good to read what the readers feel character homes like this should look like or be valued at. As part of my luxury home tours at http://www.UniqueToronto.com/LuxuryHomes, I enjoy the feedback I hear & share it with the owners who also enjoy hearing the good/bad/ugly.
