By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions stipulated below.
NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or rescheduled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests must be made within five business days of the event’s originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Under no circumstances is the service charge refunded even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
If an event is age restricted, you certify that all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement and will bring proper id to that event. If you are denied entry based on age requirements, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
WILL CALL POLICY
No physical tickets will be shipped to you. Upon approved payment, your registration will be confirmed and you simply need to present a valid picture id at the venue to gain entry.
