The new vintage of this Niagara flagship (first made in the mid-’80s) presents more pear and apple than ever. There is also familiar grapefruit, herbs, fennel and pepper character. Light bodied (only 11 per cent alcohol) and delicate, with a touch of sweetness. Good length. LCBO 234583
