Emphasis at the week-long sessions is placed on hands-on science-themed learning, with such perks as IMAX films, outdoor ecological education activities, and exclusive access to the centre’s exhibit halls. Younger campers can choose to become mini-astronauts in Amazing Space or junior ecologists in Eco-logical. Teens can partake in Science Centre Insiders: Space Investigation, where they get to explore behind the scenes at the centre (the physics lab, the prototyping workshop and woodshop are highlights), and create their own space-related science exhibit. Ages five to 12.
