Perfect for the curious and sports averse child, Mad Science’s week-long camps offer science-based hands-on activities. Held at a variety of locations around the GTA, courses include Doctors, Detectives and DNA, in which kids become crime scene investigators and use forensics to catch an ice cream thief, and Rocket Camp, which sees NASA wannabes make their own air-pressured rockets out of two-litre pop bottles. No food is provided, so kids should bring a bag lunch. Ages six to 12.
