Camp U of T

Varsity-bound tots and teens get a taste of their futures at Camp U of T, the behemoth university’s annual summer camp for various athletic, intellectual and artistic ambitions. Aspiring Hillarys and Obamas (ages 14 to 16) partake in the Leaders in Training program, featuring conflict-resolution workshops, resume tips and hands-on leadership experience; younger academics (ages nine to 13) attend Mini-University, led by senior U of T students and certified teachers, to explore engineering, law, sport medicine, experimental arts and other career options. An impressive selection of sports camps (gymnastics is especially popular) taught by Varsity coaches, as well as life-saving, adventure, dance and yoga programs fill out the eclectic roster. Camps fill up quickly, so book at least a month ahead. Ages four to 18.
