The facilities at this Markham-based day camp make it a kid’s outdoor fantasyland: a heated waterslide park, two heated pools, a mini-putt course, a climbing wall and an indoor theatre are just some of the options. Day campers are grouped by age for Sports Camp and Riding Camp. MyCamp, offered in full- and half-day options, allows kids to choose their own activities and schedule—basketball one day, perhaps, with swimming and art the next. There’s also Parent and Tot Camp, which allows caregivers to join the fun. Kids can attend for up to eight weeks, and mix-and-match camps according to their interests. Lunch and bus transportation are available—door-to-door busing is $65 per week per child; point-to-point busing is $25. Hot lunches (with vegetarian options) are $48 per week per child. Ages three to 13; Leadership Training Program ages 14 and 15.
Hours:
July 1 to Aug. 22
How much:
$370–$2,750
