Salsa Babies

Combining aerobics with Latin dancing and mother-child bonding, this 45-minute workout is a lively way to stay in shape. Instead of bearing weights, moms salsa, merengue and cha-cha while wearing their babies. “It’s a great core workout,” says creator Jennifer Torres, who taught while carrying her daughter until she was two and a half years old (though most moms dance with younger babies). When children grow too big to strap on, they can start their own hip swivelling in Salsa Tots.
