The 28th annual summer music extravaganza promises excellent choral performances in a series of unusual venues. Take, for instance, the Gambrel Barn. Used to store salt trucks in winter, it provides surprisingly decent acoustics in summer. In town, the place to stay is the Elora Mill Country Inn & Restaurant (519-846-9118, 1-866-713-5672), a converted gristmill dating from 1859. Some of its guest rooms have exposed wood beams; for the best view, try to snag a corner suite.
