On the buzzing block around the corner from Brant House, West Lounge caters to an exclusive crowd. Door staff carefully vet patrons to make sure they conform to the “style” code: if you’re wearing sneakers and jeans, they’d better be Prada shoes and designer denim. Don’t expect the usual clubland vibe. Instead, the newly renovated modern space is yuppie central. Suede banquettes located on either side of the expanded dance floor offer excellent flirting opportunities.
