The Feasting Room nears the end of its successful pop-up run

In June, we told you about The Feasting Room, a nose-to-tail pop-up restaurant with a new six-course menu devoted entirely to one animal every week. After six months of camping out in The Orbit Room on College Street, owner and chef Noah Goldberg will be hosting only a few more meals, ending with a greatest hits menu from November 15 to 18 (advanced reservations are already filled, but they’re holding some tables for walk-ins). Beyond that, the future of The Feasting Room is uncertain. Goldberg says he’s looking for a room to launch a full-time, standalone shop; however, restaurant space is hard to find in the city and he’s certainly not the only chef on the prowl. In other words, Toronto diners may have to wait some time before their next braised eyeball amuse bouche.
