Multicoloured macarons and other mini-confections at a new patisserie on King West
Delysées, a contemporary French bakery at King and Tecumseth, was inspired by modern pastry shops in Paris. The pristine space is filled with eye-catching details like metallic chairs by French designer Philippe Starck, a glass-walled cake decorating room and a $20,000 refrigerated case displaying rows of impossibly pretty desserts: cream-filled choux pastries, chocolate croissants (baked fresh every hour) and dainty macarons in flavours like blueberry-lavender and lime-basil. For lunch, fresh baguettes come stuffed with country ham and brie, or chèvre and chives. Open seven days a week.

Forget the macarons – their mini-croissants are mindbogglingly good. They’re small puffs of air, pillowy and ethereal.
I think I have tried almost every product sold and have been overwhelmingly satisfied with each one.
At Delysées it is all in the little details. Tasteful decor, amazing service. The food looks like art. Each bite lingers, makes you appreciate the amazing ingredients used and passion put into every macaroon, mini-croissant and cup of coffee. Just amazing! Merci !
FYI:
Delysees does not make their Macarons.
Boutique Point G in Montreal makes them and ships it to them. Look at Point G website.. Exact same Macarons.
