What better location for celeb stylist Marc Anthony than the storied former Salon Jie? Anthony took over the posh Yorkville space after Jie Matar declared bankruptcy, opening the Marc Anthony Salon in December. In exchange for premium prices ($75–$195 a cut), expect lattes made by an in-house barista and laptops for use while you’re waiting. But getting an appointment with Anthony himself—who’s styled the likes of Catherine Zeta-Jones, Paris Hilton and Chris Martin, and who charges $500 a head—isn’t likely.
