If there were one TIFF party to trump all the others, it makes sense that Harvey Weinstein would be attached to it. The bash for August: Osage County (the Weinstein-produced film based on the hit play) was the place to be this year’, with celebs drinking, dancing and generally living it up on all four floors of the Grey Goose Soho House.

The highest concentration of stars was on the second floor, where Julia Roberts, Juliette Lewis, Dermot Mulroney, Ewan McGregor, Chris Cooper and Abigail Breslin all dined with Weinstein following the screening. Roberts was feeling friendly, handing out hugs to Weinstein, director John Wells and Taylor Swift, who’s in town for One Chance (she wrote a song for the movie). Later, the Pretty Woman icon turned the third-floor photo booth into a clown car for famous people, cramming into it with McGregor, Swift and Mulroney.

In other corners of the venue, Jason Bateman and Jennifer Morrison stopped in for the second time in 24 hours, while Ralph Fiennes sat outdoors with director Ivan Reitman. Fiennes may have dethroned current TIFF dancing king Michael Fassbender with his serious moves to “Get Lucky” (he even twirled his dancing partner). Weinstein was also dragged up for a spin around the floor, and Lewis shook it to Led Zepplin.

Harry Potter alum Tom Felton was sadly too late to take part. He ventured downstairs around 2 a.m. “looking for a dance party,” and was disappointed to see the club was starting to clear out. His back up plan: “Mac D’s and then sleep.”  Finally, award for most polite must go to McGregor, who told his waitress, “Thank you so much” and then kissed her on both cheeks before making his exit.

Harvey throws one hell of a party.
