Rob Ford’s mayoralty has been disappointingly short on giant novelty cheques. It seems like someone so fixated on money matters should have a supply closet full of them. On Wednesday, though, Ford had an opportunity to give one out, and he seized it with both hands. The oversized financial instrument, made out in the amount of $10,885, was a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. The money represents the proceeds from the mayor’s second batch of Rob Ford bobbleheads, which he sold for $20 each back in December.

YOU have not seen another mayor do the things ROB FORD has for the people of Toronto like raise money by himself and give it to a most worthy cause as well as help the people of Toronto save money on taxes the list goes on . ROB FORD has the same problem as his father .. he suffers from a large heart….he loves people …If the media would focus on the things he has done for the people of Toronto like they do his personal life there would be no time in the news hour to report anything else . instead they twist his words and asking the same questions over and over I bet he would be able to focus on other things more important . Just think of what his family has to deal with …stop and think of the kids…
His personal stress level must be huge and his family’s as well….
If ROB FORD is not re elected it will be a great loss …not for him as much as for the people of Toronto…

It’s folks like you that are the cause and creation of this problem in the first place – blind loyalty with no consideration of the real facts. “Don’t confuse me with facts, I already have my own opinion” – mantra of Ford Nation. Otherwise we would not have this buffoon in place as a dog-catcher let alone the mayor of Toronto. You need to really get yourself out of denial more than Mr. Ford does.

.First of all you haven’t a clue what’s going on ….maybe you should look in your own back yard ..he has done nothing wrong as mayor just his job ..its his personal life your commenting on …people need to stay out of his personal life and maybe look at there own …and if he has done something criminal why haven’t they charged him ,,because there is nothing criminal…just wild accusation’s….if none of this came to lite you would have nothing to say……people are jumping on the ban wagon trying to make a dollar fabricating story’s with no foundation ….you think it was easy to admit on national TV that he has done drugs….(don’t forget admitting it is the first step to helping himself)….no one wants to take drugs but some people are just not strong enough to quit don’t judge unless you walk in that persons shoe’s. life is not all roses for those who see and feel the pain of others this is the plight of many a creative soul. unfortunately they often substance abuse to numb what they experience. not everyone is an insensitive psychopath…

Learn spelling and grammar, please. The pronoun you used is spelt ‘their’, not ‘there’. Being vidoed doing crack is not a ‘wild accusation’, but sheer, empirical evidence. By the way, I think the noun you were looking for is ‘band wagon’, not ‘ban wagon’ (which is something I’ve never heard of or seen). And why did you place an apostrophe after a plural noun? Shoe’s instead of ‘shoes’ ? Are you buds with Our Mayor? Since he’s been video taped drinking yet again, I question whether or not he is on a trail to soberness. He can’t control his eating- 325 pounds of fun. He will put on a show and make no effort. Your reply makes it seem that you are a citizen of Ford Nation. Get your passport back.
