A new poll from Forum Research is the latest of several to show Olivia Chow’s campaign crumbling underneath her. In this latest survey of 1945 Torontonians, Chow ranks third. Rob Ford, meanwhile, pulled his best result since March, putting him in close contention for the top spot. John Tory has the best numbers, currently, but he doesn’t seem to have benefitted much from Karen Stintz’s departure from the race: he’s down one point since earlier this month.
Although I am very surprised to see Rob’s numbers on the rise, I am not surprised at all to see Olivia’s numbers plummeting. It became very apparent after the second debates that Olivia does not have the ability to communicate her ideas effectively, and based on her explanations, it would seem she doesn’t have a deep understanding of her proposed “solutions”. To put it bluntly, she’s one mile wide and one inch deep.
Icky-poo. C’mon Toronto. Let’s not show that we’re total loser, to elect such a loser.
People really should take a good look at Soknacki. He is the best of the bunch.
david Soknacki is the best for Toronto. Love to turn this election around, to something new, unexpected and worth it.
Soknacki is the best of the candidates. I’m not happy with the NDP recently… They are wasting everybody’s time.
