David Miller had a pretty aggressive program to fix and maintain infrastructure, that included replacing many old water lines. Ford scrapped it entirely sighting it as gravy, now we have reports of lead in many area residents tap water.
Ford’s childish spite is doing so much damage to the city it’s scary. This clown is not fit for any job. let alone chief magistrate.
