Bloor Street Entertains Gala Fund-raiser
On Wednesday, November 26, 2008, the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR) celebrated the 12th annual Bloor Street Entertains gala fundraiser. A number of high end retail and fashion stores, galleries and museums in the Bloor-Yorkville area were transformed into exquisite dining rooms, to host intimate dinners for more than 900 people prepared by the city’s most luminary chefs. The celebration continued at The After Party hosted at the Royal Ontario Museum where guests enjoyed entertainment, unique libations and a silent auction featuring an array of unique items.
